As of 2017, Canada doesn’t have any organized prostate cancer screening programs. However, some provinces have prostate cancer screening policies. Primary care providers may offer screening.
The Canadian Task Force on Preventive Health Care (2014) does not recommend prostate cancer screening with the prostate-specific antigen test for men of any age.
